Dekuji Photography bio picture

My name is Justin Hill, & I’m a documentary wedding photographer.

I specialise in all day wedding coverage, & my style is a creative blend of modern wedding photojournalism with fun, natural portraits.

I love to photograph the moments & details that define the story of your wedding day, and I believe that these photos should reflect something personal, something beautiful, and something meaningful about you and your partner.

This is why I do not shoot ‘mock’ wedding anything.

I simply capture images that tell a real story about real people.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, I am inspired by everyday life, and available for work both nationally & internationally. So, if you like my images and the stories behind them, please contact me and I'll get back to you asap.

Until then, have a great day!

Here’s one frame from this amazing wedding, and easily one of my favourite images from this year.
Enjoy!

Arts Freedom Australia

From time to time, I would like to use this space to show some of my personal work alongside the weddings, portraits, and other events I photograph. The image I’ve chosen for today is a Melbourne street somewhere near the Southbank district, and due to some new ridiculous council copyright laws, it is going...

From the archives

Hey friends!
This is just a quick blog post from my travel archives… I shot this frame last year in Prague, and it really stood out when I was recently looking for some inspiration. So I fired up Lightroom for the basic treatment, and then tweaked a bit more in Photoshop, and here it is…

long time, no speak

Ok, so it’s definately time to kick start the blog back into action, so I’ve chosen this image from a recent reception.
All I can say is that this guy was incredible – he could make just about anything from his balloons, including animals, flower bouquets, music instruments (I have no idea how!) and lastly, this...
